Due diligence is conducted by a team foresters, ecologists and renewable energy assessors to evaluate:

- Biodiversity
- Carbon sinks
- Deforestation and risk of illegal logging
- EU Taxonomy Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) and Substantial Contribution Criteria (SCC) of the asset class
- Climate-related risks
- Greenhouse gas emissions
- Renewable generation complying the RED II and local legislation or permitting requirements
