We evaluate the environmental and social conditions of the project area and commodity in question (forest products, mining and minerals, crops and farming commodities). We will work with your organisation to:
- Develop and implement a responsible sourcing policy and strategy
- Assess the risk against specific, agreed pre-determined criteria utilising vital environmental and social indicators to understand the supply base and situation
- Develop a risk management plans (RMP) to mitigate risks which may include capacity building
- Monitor the project against risk management plans
- Reporting to the project owners or managers
